We pride ourselves in catering to the market the most durable fishing rods out today by using cutting edge carbon fiber technology. That doesn't mean breakages can't happen. In the sport of fishing, accidents happen all the time, and we know that! We are anglers such as yourselves to begin with. Please be rest assured we will do all that we can do get you back out on the water as quickly as possible. 

Rods, Blanks, & Reels – 1 Year Warranty Program

Rods and Blanks

Newly purchased Jigging World rods and blanks are covered under a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. You must be able to provide a dated Proof of Purchase/Sales Receipt from an Authorized Jigging World Dealer. (CLICK HERE to see a list of Jigging World's Authorized Dealers).

Once your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for a flat $35 Shipping & Handling fee to have your brand-new replacement shipped to you.

Jigging World reserves the right to inspect any item submitted for warranty consideration. You may be required to send your broken rod(s) and/or blank(s) to our warehouse for inspection before a warranty determination is made.

Please note that Jigging World products that have previously been replaced under the 1-Year Warranty Program are not eligible for another replacement under this program.

What’s Not Covered:

Our Warranty Programs covers defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Guide and tip damages
  • Accidental damage or impact damage
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by transportation, storage, or improper assembly/disassembly
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, alterations, or attempted repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality or structural integrity
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, sellers, or resellers
  • Loss or theft

Jigging World reserves the right to determine whether a product failure is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship or damage resulting from one or more of the conditions listed above. A warranty claim does not guarantee a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Reels

Newly purchased Jigging World reels are covered under a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. You must be able to provide a dated Proof of Purchase/Sales Receipt from an Authorized Jigging World Dealer. (CLICK HERE to see a list of Jigging World's Authorized Dealers).

Reels must be sent back to our warehouse for inspection.

In most instances, we are able to repair the reel using genuine Jigging World parts. Under the 1-Year Warranty Program, necessary parts will be covered. If we are unable to repair the reel, you will be provided with a brand-new replacement.

You will be responsible for a flat $15 Shipping & Handling fee to have your repaired reel or replacement shipped back to you.

What’s Not Covered:

Our Warranty Programs do not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage or impact damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by corrosion, saltwater exposure, or improper cleaning/maintenance
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, sellers, or resellers
  • Loss or theft

Jigging World reserves the right to determine whether a reel issue is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship or damage resulting from one or more of the conditions listed above.

 

 

Rods, Blanks, & Reels – Hassle-Free Warranty Program

Rods and Blanks

For Jigging World rods and blanks that are past the 1-year warranty period from the date of purchase, we will extend a one-time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price).

Customers attempting to claim a Jigging World product under the 1-Year Warranty Program who are unable to provide a valid Sales Receipt from an Authorized Dealer may instead submit a claim under this Hassle-Free Warranty Program.

Reels

For Jigging World reels that are past the 1-year warranty period from the date of purchase, we will extend a one-time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price).

Customers attempting to claim a Jigging World reel under the 1-Year Warranty Program who are unable to provide a valid Sales Receipt from an Authorized Dealer may instead submit a claim under this Hassle-Free Warranty Program.

In most instances, we are able to repair the reel using genuine parts. Under the Hassle-Free Warranty Program, the customer is responsible for the cost of any necessary parts, plus a $15 Shipping & Handling fee to have the repaired reel returned.

If we are unable to repair the reel, we will extend a one-time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP.
