When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
When placing an order, PLAN AHEAD:all orders take 1-2 business days (if in stock) to process, and any kind of delay/damage/loss can happen during the shipping process by the carrier. It happens more often than you would like to believe. If you wish you receive your order on a certain date or urgently, please contact us PRIOR TO placing the order and let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.
Our shipping department is CLOSED on Saturday & Sunday, and shipping may be restricted due to carrier (USPS & UPS) closure for holiday observance and etc.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
As of September 2016, we only offer UPS as our shipping option for rods and reels due to shipping quality concerns (unless requested otherwise by the customer prior to or at the time of order placement, and unless we find another method more appropriate). As a result, there has been a slight increase in our fixed shipping costs. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.
Regardless the method of shipment, all orders for rods and reels REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.
Reels and small rods are most likely sent via USPS.
Rods are most likely sent via UPS.

We will not be responsible for the loss, delay or damage of package that has been opted out of signature confirmation requirement.
Any order over $100 may be subject to authentication process for security purposes.
This can be in a form of a phone call or e-mail, so please provide us with VALID contact information when placing the order.
Please note that we will not be responsible for the delay caused by failure of authentication process.
Free shipping is offered for all orders over $100.00 in continental USA (exceptions include fixed shipping items such as rods and large tackle boxes).
International Shipping (paypal only)
We use UPS for all our international orders due to shipping quality issues.
PLEASE double check your address before placing an order; customer will be held responsible for any additional charge that occurs in case of missing/delayed order due to wrong address/contact information*.
We do not under-declare our products' values.
Customer will be responsible for all fees generated from the order.
* Some times it will take up to 60 days for delivery because of custom. Please understand it's out of our control, and we will not be responsible for the delay.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will be responsible the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
In cases of defective reels and rods that are NOT JIGGING WORLD BRAND, we highly encourage you contact the manufacturer for warranty issues directly. Many manufacturers prefer assisting customers directly, not to mention it will be quicker and easier.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
